David took to the kitchen directly after high school. He worked his way through a series of some of the most prestigious restaurants in Oklahoma City area, including Terra Luna; Michael’s Grill; Deep Fork and prior to joining us he was the Executive Chef at Oak Tree Country Club. His Oklahoma up-bringing in Enid gives him the base of his culinary expertise…Pure Americana. He has a flavor from the sweet of a raspberry cheesecake to the spice of true Cajun blackened red chicken. He experience from a Thai fusion salad to French influenced fish dishes. His diversity and incredible pallet have allowed him to be the winner of the 2009 Oswalt Culinary Cook Off; 2010 People’s Choice Award at the Associated Pork Producers’ Taste of Elegance Competition.
