Sous Chef Michelle Palazzo
Our Executive Sous Chef is also our Pastry Chef
Michelle Palazzo a graduate of the University of Tulsa, she has extensive experience and comes to after working in a similar position at Oak Tree Country Club. She has also perfected her skills at the Market at Kings Pointe in Tulsa, and The Inn at Jarrett Farm in Ramona.
When it comes to deserts she really makes some very spectacular offerings. Unlike many restaurants today, Michelle makes all of our deserts fresh in the restaurant.
She is Chef David Sullivan’s “right-hand” and we are very proud to say she is part of our family.
Michelle would like everyone to know that she loves creating culinary delights of all kinds and is so very excited that she has found a home creating them for the Yukon/Mustang area.
