We call our restaurant, “Affordable Gourmet” because we have built our menu around hand cut Creekstone Premium Angus Beef. We believe that everyone has a different appetite, so not only do we have the average size cuts but you can also customize the size by ordering it by the ounce. Another difference is that our Steaks, Chicken, and Pork are cooked expertly over a grill with pecan wood, truly, comparable to the best steak houses in the country.

We surround our terrific steaks with a complement of fresh seafood flown in from the coasts, incredible grilled chicken dishes, hand cut double thick grilled pork chops, a fantastic meatloaf with a Creole sauce that is like none other and what we believe is quite possibly the best “chicken-fried” steak pan fried the way it was in 1939.

We also have a great assortment of Sandwiches starting with our legendary build your own hand pattied 1/2 pound steakburger, ground on property so it is never frozen, and never mashed by a machine into a shape. In short, our menu is designed with the ingredients and food any “gourmet” restaurant would use and Chef David expertly fashions it into a Taste of America.

Here at Hensley’s Top Shelf Grill we want to make your meal special. If there is something that you would like and you do not see it on the menu, let us know. If we can make it, we will.
