We call our restaurant, “Affordable Gourmet” because we have built our menu around hand cut top choice and prime cuts of Sterling Beef. Cut to a size of your choice in most cases and cooked expertly over a grill with pecan wood, truly, comparable to the best steak houses in the country. We surround our terrific steaks with a complement of fresh seafood flown in from the coasts, incredible grilled chicken dishes, the thickest grilled pork chops we can find, a fantastic meatloaf with a Creole sauce that will is like none other and what we believe is quite possibly the best “chicken-fried” steak which is pan fried the way it was in 1939. We also have a great assortment of Sandwiches which are started with our famous hand pattied hamburger, ground on property so it is never frozen, and never mashed by a machine into a shape. In short, our menu is designed with the ingredients and food any “gourmet” restaurant would use and Chef David expertly fashions it into a Taste of America.
